The short version: ApplyPilot is free, open-source software you run on your own machine. Use it responsibly. The AI helps you apply for jobs, but you are responsible for reviewing everything before submitting it to an employer. You own your data and can export or delete it at any time.
By using this instance of ApplyPilot, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the software. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
ApplyPilot is free, open-source software licensed under the MIT License. The source code is publicly available on GitHub. You are running a self-hosted instance — all your data stays in your own database on the machine where this instance is deployed.

You are free to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense, and/or sell copies of the software, subject to the terms of the MIT License included in the source repository. Nothing in these Terms of Use restricts your rights under the MIT License.
Important: All AI-generated content — match scores, company research, cover letters, resume tips, interview questions — is provided as a starting point only. It may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying everything before submitting it to an employer.

Delete your account at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Account. All data is permanently and immediately removed. Export your data first if you want a copy.
The operator of this instance may remove accounts that violate these terms or misuse the software.
